I was told on the phone that it would be $250 for xray, exam and cleaning. Instead you tried to get $1198 dollars for 3 fillings and some extra cleaning. It felt like being at a b...

These guys are AMAZING. They relieved my pain immediately, Dr. Nunley was so nice and caring. The staff was sympathetic with my pain, talked, joked and made me comfortable. Not to mention she was easy on the eyes too. Very educated for being new. They worked with me and explained everything clearly before doing any work. Dr Nunley was so good and talented I almost fell asleep in the chair during the procedure. Recommend them to everyone. more

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! 8/3/2011

I don't have dental insurance, so I've been hawking the internet deals to keep up my 3-4 month professional cleaning oral hygiene regimen. My typical experience with the offices that have specials has been so-so. However, my experience before this one was horrible. I really like Encanto Family Dental Care and would like to continue going to them as my regular dental healthcare provider. Their prices are actually better than other offices I've been to for routine teeth cleaning. I'll be back! more

TALK TO THE CUSTOMER ABOUT WHAT INTEREST THEM! THE HYGIENIST ON SATURDAYS TALKS SPORTS TO YOU AND SEEMS INTERESTED ON HOW TEAMS ARE DOING. ALSO HAS GOOD INFORMATION. THIS IS WHY I MAKE SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS. REMEMBER HAS ONE HAS A CHOICE IN EVERYTHING THEY DO more

Cleaning appointment 0110 PM 7/12/2011

I was early and I had a new insurance card they took a photo of it and corrected my file to refleck the new #. Also I was given a Check from Sept 2010 which was not needed. they held the check for me all that time. Being early I still did not have to wait till the appointed time. more

doctor was friendly, asst great. both knowledgable and very quick. really, the best dental experience i've ever had and NO NOVOCAINE TO FILL FOUR CAVITIES!!!!!! the front desk was, as always, totally accomodating and professional. thanks again. patrick barnes more

Emergency denture repair and cleaning 6/28/2011

As usual, my cleaning experience was fine...no pain, and teeth feel and look great. And the fact that my broken denture will be repaired under warranty and hopefully back to me within a week is a real bonus. Thanks. more
