I came back because of Jeff 2/4/2011

I only came back because I liked Jeff and thought he was out to sell a car for my best interest. After traveling dealership to dealership I finally found the winner. A Keyes Lexus they know how to treat you, and know how to handle a purchase of a car. I love my new Lexus. I can say it was great, no back and forth negotiating no manager back and forth BS. Just and easy straight forward purchase. I will be sure to come back. more

No haggling 1/15/2011

So I have been in the market for a sports sedan. I have been looking at the Cadillac CTS and a few others like an Audi and a Benz. When I walked into Keyes Lexus and test drove the ISF my searching was over. I found the car I had been looking for. The acceleration has no comparison to any other in its class and the bodylines are just remarkable. After my long search and figuring out what I wanted now comes the hard part, the purchase. To my surprise at Keyes I didn’t really have to haggle they didn’t tack on all sorts of fees and charge extra because its a rare car. Im very pleased with the service and sales staff at Keyes. Who knows, my ISF might get old and I might be back for a LFA. Thanks to a wonderful staff at Keyes. more

Thieves 9/28/2009

Good: Nothing. Bad: That they put 2300 miles on my car while it was supposed to be in the shop. Didn't fix the car either. Sue?. Improvements: All top management and maintenance people fired.. Other: Says alot when no one but the stealorship has anything positive to say.. more
