Drove further for trust 3/23/2015

I've moved further away from Kerner's. I contemplated trying a new place for my repair in my neighborhood. After 7 years of good experiences with them, I couldn't risk it. I knew the people at Kerner's would be honest with me like they have in the past. Thanks Kerner's! more

not what they use to be 3/20/2015

We always took or vehicles in to Kerners and felt that they did a great job. The last few repairs we were not satisfied for one reason or another. This last Visit the price did not match the qoute and had to pursue the original price and had to bring it back to make the repair right. After the second time and inconvenience to me the repair was satisfactory. more

repairs done on vehicle 3/15/2015

They did an excellent job on the repairs to my 2001 Explorer. They always call to let you know what has to be done once they check it out, and the price to have it done. The staff and mechanics are always friendly, courteous and professional. The service is done in a timely manner and done exactly what they say. I would recommend them to all my friends. more

I had my car service there the people there are nice and friendly especially the guy that greeted us at the front counter will tell all my friends to go there this is a great auto repair shop probably the best in Macomb County will not probably it is the best in Macomb County more

Expensive Analysis 2/11/2015

I brought my eclipse to find out what was wrong with cruise control. Was told PCM bad($40) told to take to dealer. Dealer said problem was recently installed aftermarket tail lights($60). Brought back to Kerners to see if there was a way to fix. Was told no and charged another $100. In 10 years, most disappointing experience at Kerners. more
