good people do not try to up sell or sell someting that you dont need very reiable i have brought my cars when jerry had a station on 15 and dodge park then come over to rons when jerry close so for all most 30 years i have had my cars in great hands not would not trust any one else thanks for all the great work i am a custermer for life scott nowak more

Reliable 5/18/2015

Took the car to O'Reillys, I assumed it was a bad battery. O'Reilly's said battery was good. Kerners diagnosed with a dead cell. Car now runs fine more

Customer Service is excellent! 5/7/2015

I stop in their shop due to my truck acting up. The guys in there where so polite and friendly. The gentlemen that was working on my truck was wonderful. Only took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong and took care of it. Excellent respond time! more

Anyone that I've ever spoken to at Kerners has treated me with respect, but on this last visit I was not informed about possible fees, even though it was in for warranty work. more

Brakes 4/26/2015

Brakes were replaced a year ago on this car and there weren't a lot of miles on them. We got a real bad shake when we hit the brakes. Apparently the Rotors were bad and needed to be replaced along with my pads. The pads were covered by warranty so the hit wasn't as bad. more

Brake lines 4/18/2015

I took my daughters 2003 Buick Regal in for break line replacement and a few other things to make sure it ran properly and quietly. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done at its highest level. more

Great honest workers. Never feel like I'm getting scammed! 4/17/2015

Love Kerners, have been going there for years. Had my truck there this past week for warranty work on a broken seal and my only complaint was that it took 2 1/2 days to get my truck back..dropped it of on Monday at 3 and call twice to check on the status. Tuesday I was told my truck was up next to be looked at and they would call me back soon never heard anything. Called Wednesday at 1:30 and was told they were looking at my truck now. Got a call at 5 that evening saying it was ready. when I finally received the phone call saying my truck was ready they did apologize for taking so long, saying that the work order basically got looked over! Im still a satisfied customer but still disappointed it took so long for a simple fix. Thanks, Nicole Compagnoni more

Honest Evaluation 4/5/2015

My impression has been that Kerner's doesn't make up elaborate repairs, to take advantage of the customer. Our vehicle needed a part that would cost hundreds from the manufacturer, and Kerner's found an affordable replacement (possibly from a junk yard, but this was already to repair a 12 year old vehicle). more

It"s never fun to have car repairs but your shop takes the pain out of it. Work is done fast and correct every time I have taken my five cars there. Nice to have a place you can trust. more
