I have had dogs for many years and they have gone to several groomers. Once I saw the results of Kellie's work I never went anywhere else. The quality of the grooming top of the line. There was also a list of other things that I found impressive: 1) The staff was happy and helpful 2) Kellie is always exhuberant and happy when she talks to the dogs and gets such positive response in return. They adore her. 3) Her expertise is unmatched. She speaks from a professional point of view and relays it in a way that clients understand 4) The facilities are always spotless Kellie truly is passionate about her work and, above all else, passionate about dog breeds of all kinds. She takes great care to ensure dogs who visit her shop are happy, healty and safe. I would trust no other person with my dogs as much as I trust Kellie and her staff. They are the peak of professionalism and caring in this field. I have seen a few nasty rumors regarding Kellie, lately, about the death of a french bulldog after having gone to Kellie's for grooming. It's interesting to me that this person did not immediately go to the vet when they said they clearly saw the dog was having trouble breathing after picking it up from Kellie's. Then they so quickly had this dog cremated. It would seem to me that an autopsy would be of the utmost importance if the allegations were true. Suspicious, to say the least. I have also heard this dog has a history of breathing problems that Kellie repeatedly commented on to the owner, but the owner confirmed they knew about and brushed off as if it wasn't important. Sounds like an owner who doesn't want to believe that they were the one who made the mistake of not properly caring for the dog medically and they have convinced themself that someone else is to blame. The loss of a dog is so incredibly sad and I sympathize greatly with this person's loss. But trying to place blame on an innocent person who cares so deeply for dogs is shameful, inappropriate, and insults the memory of the dog who passed. I hope this person thinks long and hard about the whole situation and their suspicious actions before carrying on like this. People like that are what is wrong with the world now. They can't accept blame, they just want to place blame on others. Public slander is not to be taken lightly. I will never trust a groomer as much as I do Kellie. As the owner of 6 dogs who mean more to me than my own life, that is saying a hell of a lot. They are in trusting, honest and caring hands with Kellie
Pros: Caring, professional, clean,and happy
