MARC KAUFMAN IS A CROOK!! I put several coats in storage with Kaufman. The repairs required were not properly done. The coats were not cleaned (I found an old tissue in one pocket for example). He charged me $1,500. Even with all of this, I would not have written this review, but here is the worst part—I have a two pieces that he was supposed to repair. After 9 months! of repeated calls, I had to get an attorney involved to get him to return it. My attorney had to fight him for two months. Once I finally got the jacket back there was tremendous damage to it. THIS IS NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS INDEED. DO SOME RESEARCH ONLINE. THEY CLAIM TO BE 100 YEARS OLD, BUT MARC KAUFMAN TOOK THE ORIGINAL COMPANY THROUGH BANKRUPTCY A FEW YEARS AGO (NO DOUBT TO CHEAT HIS CREDITORS). AVOID THIS COMPANY!
