First bad experience: \r
I went in to test my car battery, which was a few years old, but no evidence of any problems. They came back from testing and said, "It's shot." I agreed to buy a new one, and sat down to wait. I'm waiting and waiting. Finally after about an hour and a half, they come tell me the guy is on his way over with one. They never said they didn't have one to sell me in the first place. After it was installed, I asked to see my old battery so I could see what rebate was left on it. They couldn't find it! They brought me into the work area and showed me a bunch of ancient batteries, none mine. I believe my battery didn't even need to be replaced.\r
Second Bad Experience:\r
I bought 2 tires there, then a few months later, needed to replace my other two, so I went back and bought 4 new tires, but was keeping the first two that were only a few months old. Everything was great and they were very nice. The manager was not there at the time of purchase. The manager
