I purchased 4 tires from Kauffman Tire on Oak Road in Lawrenceville. As I was driving home that evening I noticed a clunking sound from the driver?s side wheel. The weight had fallen off. Well you would think it would be simple to take the car back and rebalance the wheel. I took the car back on a Saturday they told me they were too busy and if I wanted to leave my car over the weekend they could get to it on Monday. The other choice he gave was to come back on a weekday before work and it would take about 15mins to balance the wheel. So, I leave and come back on a Friday at 8:00AM when they first open to try this again. I was told that it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to do the work. They explained that the long wait was due to work left over from the previous day, and that there were also 2 people in front of me getting their tires rotated balanced. This is not acceptable because if the work was done correctly the first time I would not be wasting my time going back and f
