Kas Carpet Import-Export

I went to Kas Carpet and asked them about Mr. Gulab's review/comments on this site; I want to say that I went there reluctantly based on his review. The manager's explanation (with documents) was that this gentleman wanted to exchange the rug because the size didn't fit in his house (not because it was stained) and that exchange required a restocking fee, which is written on their receipt and which he didn't want to pay; Mr. Gulab started yelling obsceneties which in turn resulted for the manager to call the police . I do agree that the service is not 5 stars, however the selection is beyond belief and the prices are less than half of anywhere I went in Brooklyn, near my work. put it this way i bought a hand made wool rug for less then 50 bucks same one i saw in a few places for over 150 just great! its really the only place to buy carpets rugs whatever u need i mean the place is huge like ten rug stores in one. really have to say i have shopped around a lot really into my home decor and this place was the best store i found really nothing like it out of all the places i have shopped more

If I could given a less than a star I would. Pathetic and inhumane customer service. Bought a rug , first they brought a wrong rug after half hour of wait on door then gave us floor sample. When we got home noticed a stain on the carpet and I drove back next morning. Manager treated me like absolute dirt. I started in a very polite way all I wanted is an exchange he started yelling and even threatened to call police. During my 16 years stay in United states I have never seen such a pathetic and arrogant management. Stay away. Use overstock.com they have much better rugs in less price. more

the place was huge they hade every kind of carpet i mean over wellming i went to a few places be4 and saw the same rugs less then half the price and i was only looking for a rug for my living room and i saw that they had free instlation so i also got carpet for my bed room and they came and laid it te next day great place more
