Burton claims a whole code of ethics, fair practices, etc. WRONG! They take advantage of the elderly, charge about 3 times what the service is worth and then don't provide an itemized bill or handle complaints well. A simple ball valve replacement ($10 part) came to over $440 for about 1.5 hours of work. Of course my elderly parents paid the bill as they felt pressured into a fix "right now" to avoid any damage. Call Someone Else 10/23/2011

Poor communication. Failed to show within three hour window of time they were scheduled. I understand things run late and they run into problems but zero communication from them advising of this. Three phone calls and three hours outside their window of scheduled service time, I cancelled and called someone else. I wouldnt recommend using them. more

Editorial
  • Hand-woven baskets, imported tribal accents and arched doorways lend to the exotic flair of this large and warmly decorated restaurant. Best for group dining, Ethiopian food is traditionally eaten with the hands (the servers will bring warm water for hand washing before the food arrives), using a spongy and slightly-sour tasting bread called injera. Meant for sharing, the menu features large platters with entrees dancing with legumes, spices, onions, garlic and flavorful curries. Vegetarians will also find plenty of hearty options, and there is also a kid's menu available for the pint-sized adventurous eater.
