I went to Karaoke Now on the recommendation of a friend to rent a karaoke machine for a weekend retreat for work, and also all the accessories to go with it (music, etc). The staff at first was very helpful, but were quoting me very high prices, and had what I considered very strict time frames for returning the items to them. You had to all but give a urine and blood sample to be able to rent from them. They asked me for 2 credit cards to be able to rent to me (never gave a reason why though). When I refused, they said they could not rent to me. I took my one credit card back that they already had, and the rental form with most of my info on it and left (I was afraid they would still try and charge me, and since I had already filled out most of the form, I was afraid I wouldn‘t be able to dispute the charge with my CC company) . I will not be back!
