When i had my car serviced for the second time at Karden Automotive, I was charged for unecessary diagnostic. They discovered that they installed the wrong part - if a genuine Honda part was initially installed, a further diagnostic could've been avoided. Additionally, i was charged for more labor time compare to the actual service time. The labor time listed on the invoice was longer by 10 percent than the period between drop-off and pick-up time. This really confirmed my distrust in their work. They got the job done, but it was not worth my time or my money. If you decide to continue receiving services from them, pay close attention to what you're being charged for (including labor time, which is something you may not be able to easily capture).
