My computer crashed on me and instead of signing up for a 'tech' service from my DSL provider that I did NOT need...I decided to give Kamien Computers a try. I have to say that...

They are not efficent and the tech was 3 hours late.

Amazing costumer service, knowledgeable staff & inexpensive! 2/7/2012

My computer crashed on me and instead of signing up for a 'tech' service from my DSL provider that I did NOT need...I decided to give Kamien Computers a try. I have to say that it was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. George and his staff would listen carefully to my concerns and answer all questions in detail. I was NOT sold anything that I didn't need (in fact George threw in Anti-Virus protection for free). Also, my phone calls were returned promptly and I didn't have to wait on hold. I found the Kamien staff to be very knowledgeable and compared to other computer repair services they were both quick and inexpensive. I strongly recommend that any one with computer issues calls Kamien Computers, as I am glad that I found them and if I ever need to, I will gladly use their services again in the future. more

Best Computer Service !!! 7/19/2011

Kamien Computer is outstanding! George and his staff are knowledgeable, super helpful and provide exceptional customer service. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they fixed my laptop. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work! more

best computer repair in schaumburg 6/25/2011

The gentleman and Kamien Computers really took care of me. I walked into the store with an issue for my computer because I use it to send out invoices for my clients and Best Buy wanted over $400 for the repair which was just out of the question. After everything was said and done Chris took care of everything for me for about $170 including a full re-installation of my software on an new hard drive and they did it same day for me. I was so impressed by the speed of their service and the fact that they really take their business seriously that I recommend everyone to this place. I'm a simple guy and I prefer this type of experience wherever I go. I come in with a problem, they give me a fair price for it, and the next time they call me is to come pick up the computer. Chris showed me they create websites in their store and I got in touch with George about creating a website to advertise my services. Now if you google kitchen and bathroom remodeling in Bensenville you always find me in the number one position on Google which has led to easily 14 more clients per month. I was averaging about 3-8 clients in a month maximum so this is huge. I was so thrilled I bought them each a bottle of vodka. These are really A+ guys. more

Awesome repair 6/25/2011

These guys did a great job repairing my computer in my opinion. I had some nasty viruses that got in and didn't let me log in to my computer or anything like that. Kamien Computers took care of the virus in just a few days and had my computer up and running and I could get back to my work. All the computer repair shops in schaumburg should bow down to Kamien, they are the best I've experienced to date. more
