I have been with Kaiser Permanente for over three months now, and this system is one of the best I have found. Specifically, my primary care physician Dr. Cheryl Boyd is the best. She actually follows up and calls when she says she will. Her office is incredibly busy, and for her to take that personal time and attention is unexpected, to say the least. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes after check in, and yet I never feel as if the nurses are trying to rush me in and out. The nurses themselves are very caring and interested in me as a person, as well as a patient. I highly recommend Kaiser Permanente to anyone.
