We were referred to K&M (Mason) to look at my grandson's transmission, because the car could not go forward. Mason had a tow truck pick it up and he looked it over and found it was a bolt from the caliper and locked it from going forward. No transmission work was needed. He is VERY HONEST, HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. Repair cost was minimum compared to what another place could have taken advantage of us. All the work was done in 24 hours! We recommend K&M in St. John, Indiana completely! more

1st Honest Shop IN Lake County IN 9/30/2009

I was have an intermittent problem with my Transmission I stopped at Mr Transmission Highland and Amoco they both took for a ride looked at it on hoist they said Transmission need to be rebuilt or replaced $1700 -1850.So I told that I had to think about it,They both said I better make my mind up soon.:-(. So now my way home spot a new shop has opened,Heck 3 times the charm want to I have to lose. I meet Mason told him same thing I told the others shop gave him my keys.20 min later Mason was back asked if I had 45 Min's and $50 and should be on my way. Well that was 18 months ago and it works fine.
