I went to Dr. Bruck for a blepharoplasty and I am so thrilled with the result. I went to 4 different plastic surgeons for my consult, and I am very happy that I choose him. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and made me feel instantly comfortable. He spent a great deal of time with me, and answered all of my questions. He has a wonderfully gentle manner that made my surgery very tolerable. After my surgery, I had virtually no pain. I had minimal swelling and bruising that week, compared to most of the photos I had seen. I healed beautifully and my scars are practically invisible. I love the way my eyes look now. My friends and family all think I look a lot younger. Other people in my life, that don't know that I had the surgery done, keep telling my how great I look, and asking me what kind of skin care products I've been using because look younger... I also sent a girlfriend to him and she was equally pleased. She had a breast augmentation, done by him, that looks fabulous. they are very symmetrical and look so natural! I highly recommend Dr. Bruck more

I had a great experience at The Juva Skin & Laser Center. Dr. Katz is an excellent, very caring doctor, and his staff is very courteous, helpful and professional. Everyone at Juva made me feel welcome and at ease, and gave me an amazing treatment and service. Dr. Katz especially demonstrated extreme patience and spent time to explain my conditions to me and the options for treatment, and after every treatment took the time to follow up to be sure I was healing well. A beautiful, clean, well organized practice and the nurses are kind and caring too. I highly recommend Dr. Katz to all my friends and family.\r more

I've been here for injections and laser treatments. Bruce Katz and his team are extremely competent doctors however as a day spa I would not particularly like to hang out here as it is the medispa experience. more

I had an appointment some time in March with Dr. Frew for a skin check. There was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. She did a full skin check and removed my moles. She made me fill very comfortable and was very thorough. Thanks Dr. Frew! more

I came into the office to see Marianne for a specific condition. She was extremely knowledgeable on the topic and she was extremely patient. I had many questions, which she was more than willing to answer. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. She prescribed a medication that was the only thing that worked for me. All in all, I would say the experience was great. The customer service was superior and the doctors seem knowledgeable and very concerned about their patients. more

I am a patient of Dr. Katz and have been visiting the Juva Skin and Laser Center for a while. I get my Botox and Radiesse and all my skin treatments at the center this is a great dermatological care facility very updated with the latest in skin rejuvenating. more

I was referred to Dr. Pauporte for Moh's surgery she did an amazing job I don't even have a scar. She is very compassionate and caring. She was very supportive of me and my family I was so worry about this skin cancer and going through this procedure was of great concern to me. When I met her and she explained the procedure to me I knew she was the right doctor for me. I am very pleased with the results and very thankful for her support. more

I always wanted to do liposuction on my abdomen when I read about this new Smartlipo I could not wait for a consultation and I called the Juva Skin and Laser Center for an appointment with Dr. Katz. Well I have to say that my dreams came true I lost all that fat and my stomach is flat like a board. It was simple and quick. My mom picked me up and I had very little discomfort, I only took Tylenol, I had no bruising and very minimum swelling. I cant believe t was that simple. The nurse Helen she was so caring and took great care of me. If you are interested in smartlipo this is the place to go. Pros: wonderful results more

Initially made an appointment with Dr. Katz who is supposed to be one of the top dermatologists according to NY Mag. Received a call from his office the day before saying he'd have to cancel due to a family emergency (happens) and would I like to see Dr. Freidman instead. Showed up at my appointed time and only had to wait 10 minutes before I was led into one of the smaller rooms. So far, so good. I waited in the inner room for 45 minutes before venturing out in my gown to the reception area and asking what happened to Dr. Freidman. Turns out no one had informed her that she had a patient waiting (or so she claimed)! She comes in, apologizes, takes a look at me for 2 minutes, claims the problem is due to an ingrown hair (which I really really don't think it is based on past experience) and tries to sell me the Juva Spa's laser hair removal treatment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Dr. Freidman. Shame on you! Was also prescribed a Juva-branded skin lightening compound that seemed to work initially but has now made my problem area darker. This place might be an ok spa, but if you want a serious medical opinion, go somewhere else. more

I have been through other dermatologists before but noone could successfully seem to help me with my chronic rosacea. My wife had been to the juva medispa a few times before and had raved about the treatments she received from the skin care staff there and also mentioned there were physicians there as well. So I made an appointment with Dr Frew at JUVA. I waited only 10 minutes and she saw me. She was so sweet and caring and thorough. She helped me get my skin under control again. From the moment I entered the Juva Skin and Laser Center my concerns regarding skin treatments/surgery were put to rest. The attractive office space along with the warm and welcoming staff all contributed to a very positve experience. The physicians and nursing staff were professional, caring, and understanding. Most importantly, all of my derm procedures achieved their goal and I'm smiling because of their success. Juva MediSpa is amazing. They have different types of treatments that have really worked for my skin and body. The doctors and people that work here are very friendly and willing to help you with anything. Dr. Katz and the staff at JUVA Skin and Laser Center are friendly, informative and patient. I initially went to JUVA for laser tattoo removal, but have since been treated for eczema. I have nothing but praise for JUVA!!!!!!! more

If you like to wait and have nothing to do with your time, go here. Dr. Frew is the WORST! I've been to her a few times and every time it's been at least a 45 minute wait to see her. Once I was waiting in the room and I popped my head out only to see her chit chatting away at the nurses desk. I will never go here again. I'm finding a new dermatologist. You should have to wait 45 mins for a 15 min procedure! Or for her to look at your skin for 5 mins. What a time waster! more
