We purchased my wedding ring from here just 2 years ago. It has lost 3 diamonds already over those 2 years to no fault of my own, as I care for my jewelry. The owner themselves have told me face to face that I am just out of luck and must pay to repair what is obvious poor craftsmanship. If you want to enjoy your wedding ring for more than a year, please do not shop here. more

WeI've shopped at Justice Jewelers many times over the years and every time they make us special. We we bought our wedding rings I shopped at every store in town and not one of the others even came close to making us a deal like we got from Justice. Growing up in Springfield this was the place to go for Jewelry. I remember going with my dad to purchase my mothers Christmas present year after year. As I got older and made my own money I purchased my first Rolex watch from Woody himself. Last November my mother-in-law was visiting from Thailand and asked where to go to purchase a new ring so we took her to Justice and she left with a $12000 diamond ring. However, this evening 12/2/11 we took a a trip to Justice Jewelers looking to trade two watches and upgrade to a better watch. Well as luck had it Woody passed away last month bad luck for him and us as well. The sales girl was very nice...showing us all the watches answering our questions while an older lady (very rude) who thought she was the queen of England carried our two watches we were trading all over the store trying to figure out if they wanted them or not. She even took out her little looky glass thing in front of us to make sure they were real...Not kidding she even told more

Very professional and great service..though you pay for it all on the markup. I had purchased an 1800.00 engagement ring one year prior engagement fell apart so I decided to take it back. (Also had it checked every 6 months). I was offered 600.00 for the ring. Then offered 10 days to buy it back. When I called back to see if I could get a couple days extension. I was told "we're not a pawn shop and it will be melted down on the 11th day". So much for compasion and friendly service. I had purchased lots of items during that year. For this reason I would not recommend this place and will not return. more

You will hear ads for this store over and over again if you are in the Springfield area. This store has been around for a long time and has a good reputation in the Springfield area. It has a great selection of jewelry and it is all nice quality. Prices are also fairly reasonable and you can find something here to fit any budget. It is a large store though, so while you may get some personal service, this is not your typical local jewelry store where you get to personally know your jeweler. more

This store is famous around Springfield for it's huge selection, excellent quality, and good service. We have bought all of our jewelry from this store. We have found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful, but never feel pressured into buying. It is fun to go in to browse. You will find something for every taste and for every budget! They have excellent and timely repair services and a great guarantee, too. I highly recommend shopping here! more
