Friendly welcoming place ! 4/16/2006

This is such a friendly and cozy book store that you could sapend hours inside. The have a great selection and some of the books you dont see at places like borders or some of the other bigger chain stores. This is great place to lose yourself in books. If your in the area you should definitely give it a look. more

Sell back early 8/10/2005

If you are planning to sell back your text books from the previous semester, go do it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I've found that once they have purchased a certain amount of the same book that they will either stop buying it, or drastically reduce the amount of money they are willing to pay you for it. Do not wait a semester if you can help it - USF professors are changing around the texts regularly! more

For those that like to find a gem in a used book store 8/6/2005

This is the perfect place. No romance novels to be found! I enjoy the extensive history and literature sections. The prices on most are average for a used book store at around 40% of listed price or less. Obviously that system does not work for books not published recently. There are a lot of books that are difficult to find elsewhere. It is located near a university, so there are quite a few that you can guess were required reading for a class. more
