The staff is always so nice and are eager to help everyone. All my calls were returned quickly, all emails answered same day or next day with informative answers that made everything crystal clear and easy to understand. They held my hand through the process and were non judgemental towards anything that was discussed. Mr. Jude told me during the consultation that other law firms don't like his firm because they are very "in and out"... they may get people "in and out" quickly but they didn't ever rush me and they always took the time to sit and discuss all my questions and concerns and never made me feel like they had other things they had to get to. For those of you who's eye I caught with this summary,this is exactly the way I felt just before I called Michael Jude. Give me a minute and I'll explain my experience with the people at Jude Law..... For starters I felt like I failed at life and that to me was the biggest issue that I had going into this. I'm a prideful man and for me to admit that I couldn't get out of the hole that I dug for myself was extremely devestating! I bought a home almost 10 years ago and tried to use it as an investment property. I also bought a second home in which I currently live in 3 years later. Well to make a long story short I ended up losing my first home to foreclosure. I had a first and a second on that house. The First loan went away thank God! Unfortunalty I was being bombarded with an incredibly high volume of phone calls and a threat of garnishments with the second loan. Needless to say I just got myself into a bad deal from the start. For those of you who are reading this, you know already how frustrating it is to screen your calls from bill collectors. It's a horrible feeling when they call and even worse when you actually speak to them. When I finally met Michael Jude, He looked over my finances and completely assured me that my case wasn't a problem and that he could get me done in an X amount of time and on to my new life. I paid him in full that very day. Michael, instantly does away with all of the calls and threats and he assured me that if they do call, that I could report them and even sue them. That alone gave me back most of my sanity from my bill collectors. After speaking with Michael, I was then forwarded to a person in his staff, which by the way were AMAZING! Everyone is friendly and not one person was judgemental and/or un-professional in any way. My case was handled as if it were their own cases. I was always assured by them that I was going to be just fine (Thanks Meagan!)After getting all the necessary paper work to Meagan and the courses done it was finally time to go to court. Michael Jude sat in on my behalf and did an awesome job! He got me done in a timely manner and I was out of court and on my way to a new life. It really was painless to say the least..... Things don't always go the way we've planned. I'm living proof. I have big dreams and lots of ambition and drive to see them dreams through, so that I can provide a better life for my son. I just happen to make a few bad decisions in my past. Who hasn't? but thanks to Michael and his unbelievable staff, I've got a second chance and I couldn't be happier! My experience was comforting and I wont hesitate to refer anyone to the good people of Jude Law. That includes YOU! The last thing anyone ever expects is to be doing a bankruptcy! I consider myself a responsible person. Then I find myself within my worst nightmare. Having to do a bankruptcy. I was depressed, ashamed and wanted to hide under a rock quite frankly. Then I start researching for lawyers. Making calls, feeling even worse. Then I came across Mr. Michael Jude. He told me to do my research before I decide to retain him. I did just that. He was right. He was real. He made me feel like a human being, like he cared about me as a person.
