\r I had been pretty neglectful with my hair for almost a year when my mom threatened to exclude me from a family wedding if I didn't get my hair cut... \r Cue to me in Cindy's chair at Jorgo Salon getting the first of many amazing haircuts. I have long, relatively fine hair and I'm very picky about the cut, especially the shorter pieces in the front. I've had a number of disaster haircuts where my ""sweeping bangs"" request has ended up with shot flat bangs across my forehead. I have naturally wavy hair and I cannot have short bangs unless I want to blowdry my hair every single day (I don't). Cindy understood exactly what I wanted and invited me back for a quick trim (for free, no appt. necessary) any time I felt that the front pieces were getting a bit too long.\r The prices are high but the stylists are the best in the business. I would recommend Cindy's services to anyone. more

\r I had JESSICA as my stylist @ Jorgo Salon and she was great! She really listened to me, and while I only desired a trim and some more layers, she did EXACTLY what I wanted. She even cut just a half inch off the length .\r Regardless of my first impression, I got a great hair cut here and will definitely be going back.\r Love JESSICA!!!! more

\r \r I went to JORGO SALON for the first time yesterday for a cut with a Senior Stylist. LINDSEY was ROCKSTAR! This salon is by far one of the best on Newbury. She was a natural... and all stylists are 5 STAR fromw what i saw. Definately a cut above all other hair salons I've been to.\r more

Amazing salon! Rudina @ JORGO SALON NEWBURY STREET hooked me up today! RUDINA took me from dull ugly blonde to chocolately rich brown in one visit! I love RUDINA's cut and color and even though it was pretty pricey, it was worth the level of skill and the treatment I received. Love these people!!! Love Jorgo Salon!!! more

I Just moved to Boston and was in desperate need of a great haircut and highlights. I was referred to Jessica at JORGO SALON. When i went in for my appointment i was very pleased the salon was very clean and everyone there is super friendly. Jessica was amazing the haircut was great and i have very natural looking highlights that she touched up my hair was beautiful when i left. I reccommend everyone go to Jorgo Salon!!!!!! more

I love this place! I've been going here for over three years now, and it's great. The stylists are all friendly and accommodating, and george is super! I love how he cuts my hair. I always feel fantastic when I leave there. Thank you!!! I wish I could go there more often! The prices are good for Newbury Street. I'm glad i found it. more

Rudina isthe BEST!!! I have been in Boston for a almost 2 years and have never found a stylist that did my hair the way i liked it.Rudina is AWSOME .I went on the website and i sow that she liked to do blondes so i thought i wold try her out.Thank god i did LOVE my hair .Frendly staff..Nice atmosphere. more

Awesome highlights and cuts 7/27/2011

I always get a great cut at Jorgo Salon. Rudina is my hairstylist and she always gives me a great funky cut, which I love. I get compliments all the time, and people asking me where I get my hair cut. I love the way she does my hightlights as well. more

This is the best haircut I've ever had. First off, this Salon is open on Sundays which not many Salons are, which is very convenient. I saw Rudina for my haircut and I love it. I have never gotten a better haircut in my life. more

Best of the Best 3/19/2011

So I was on Newbury Street shopping for sunglasses, and I noticed that the salon next the sunglass store was jam-packed and had a sign in the window. I thought to myself, ""Self. You should try out that place."" Two weeks later, I needed a haircut and went in. Wow! It was the best haircut I ever! I saw Rudina. She's really knows what she's doing. The salon has a great buzz, yet I never felt forgotten. It was a great experience from start to finish. Pros: Skilled haircut, great energy more

The service is great. My haircut was excellent. The atmosphere of the Salon is great. it has a great vibe and the staff is extremely friendly. I can't find a reason not to like the Salon. more
