I called this place to see if I can get some quick cash for my car and after about 6 rings the phone was answered and I was put on hold. Ok..I can deal with that, you're probably busy. I asked the man who answered some questions and he asked me some in return. I answered him quite clearly and in a normal tone so I don't know if he was partially deaf or maybe there was background noise but he rudely raised his voice into the phone ""I can't HEAR you."" Ok, fair enough, I'll speak LOUDER for you. I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible so that I may get what is a fair price for my car so I started to ask another question and halfway through my sentence this man says, ""I have to go, I have two more phone calls waiting."" Really? Wow, way to do business buddy. A phone call is your first impression and you just ruined it. I will never ever call this place for any of my future car needs nor will I refer it to any friends of mine. Great doing business with you sir!
