Ms. Miller and Mr. Douglass were both outstanding, helpful and very personable. They answered all of my questions and returned my calls in a timely manner. As embarrassing and stressful bankruptcy is, they calmed my fears and made the process as easy as possible. more

Kim Miller has assisted with my case and has been nothing but outstanding. Has always kept me informed, help guide me, and had always returned emails, as well as phones calls. Without her help and guidance I could not have done my part in the procedures with the accuracy that had had done. Simply a true pleasure to work with. I would recommend to all I know, to ask for her services if feasible. more

Excellent Service; Very Happy Client 7/22/2015

I was nervous during my first appointment because the thought of filing bankruptcy was embarrassing and very personal. Mr. Douglass and Kim Miler made me feel very at ease throughout my entire process. I left the office more confident regarding my situation. Kim was a God send to me. She helped me fill out those long tedious paperwork without scolding me. I was a mess and she made me feel so much better. I would recommend this office to anyone. I have even referred two of my family and friends to this office because of their hospitality and expertise. more

Over charged, for no service 6/14/2015

I paid for the services of Mr. Lee for a bankruptcy claim that we later cancelled. After I had paid him close to $2000 his extremely rude office manager refused to schedule me an appointment to answer related further questions until they received an additional $175 for an office visit. Only $400 was ever refunded. Many of the issues that lead to the cancellation of the bankruptcy were points Mr. Lee should have provided me guidance with earlier in lieu of me finding out on my own. more

Very Helpful 11/10/2011

I found out I had a garnishment on my check and a co-worker recommended me to this firm. I did not know anything about the bankruptcy process and was a little nervous. The receptionist was very helpful and made me an appointment for that same day. When I sat down with the attorney she answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable as well as professional. The paralegal that helped me with my paperwork was extremely down to earth and made me feel comfortable about going through whole the process. Not only did they stop my garnishment but they also got me back the money that was garnished. I would recommend this firm to anyone! more
