These guys are great! We have several rental properties and Jim's Roofing has really has taken care of us over the years making sure our rental properties get maintained every now and then for cleaning the gutters out so there's no major problems, and that's about all we have to do there after replacing the roof on the oldest one. Always quality work and it was good to know they could handle the renovation work too with no fuss when we renovated our home with a copper roof! The owner was very nice to help us out so quickly with all the custom work we needed on it, and customize the gutters to match. They even suggested where I could pick up a bird bath and another company to get estimates from for stonework in the yard to finish off the look and I'm so glad we mentioned it to them! Very pleased and breathtaking now that we're done!
