We used to live right across the street from here. When I was pregnant it was a life saver. If I wasn't feeling well my husband would go grab us some chicken, potato wedges, beverages and what ever else we might need. They are always very friendly and quick to serve. more

The best Deli in Tacoma 2/7/2010

I use to work here. Jims is THE best place to go for hot food fast! The previous review is correct. The employees are the greatest. If youre ever in Tacoma on Steele St. go to Jims Deli. They are the BEST!!!! more

great service and awesome hot food.... 9/14/2009

Jim's Deli and a local favorite. They have hot and ready food available for us to buy. My kids love their fried chicken. This is also a convenient place where I have family living near so if we are needing something right away, we can send the kids over to grab it. There is no other grocery store close by, so this is convenient for the neighborhood. Also, the prices are good and the service is excellent. They call us by our name when we come in. Now you know we are regulars. more
