SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP 2/5/2012

This dealership tried to con me for extra money after I purchased the car for an amount that was not listed in the contract. They said that if I didn't pay them extra fees that they would repossess the car. I called up the state attorney general who informed me that their behavior was illegal. Went Beyond their means to help ME 1/12/2012

Okay so I moved to the Pittsburgh Area about a year ago nd i did not have a car or did i have one for the last 3 yrs do to my credit. I had been to several other dealerships and they always gave me a run around. This dealership was very straight forward honest and beat any price that i had brought to them. I purchased an brand new Camry SE which I absolutely love i drill in Harrisburg for the military and this car gets better gas mileage and has the ability to go over the mountains with no issues at all. SO i Must say as for these other people i do disagree this is the best service and dealership that i had found in the greater Pittsburgh Area. more

Unprofessional ! 9/30/2011

Not pleased at all. We stood in the showroom for at least 5 minutes before we were approached by a salesman, everybody was just sitting around playing 'Words With Friends' on their phones and occasionally looking at us, but not making the effort to actually make a sale ! more

Patriotic Scions, Red, White and Blue 6/9/2011

I have leased 3 Scion's through this organization and I don't regret doing so. I have 2 Scion XB and a Scion XD. I love the cars. The personnel were courteous, thorough and efficient. When I needed service, the service department personnel were superb to deal with. Matt Artis was the salesman I dealt with and highly recommend him. I have been a Dodge owner for many years and have been pleased with them, however this dealership and the products they offer far surpass anything I've had in the past. Thanks guys for a great experience. more

Check your sales agreement! 2/18/2011

PLEASE if you are going to buy a car from this place, CHECK YOUR PAPERS BEFORE YOU SIGN! We were charged for a warrenty we did not want. They did not want to address the issue, and were very rude. more

Good service dept organization, courteous and knowledgable employees, clean and modern facilities. Salesperson was extremely courtous and knowledgeable - led us to exactly what we were looking for - did not use high pressure tactics for which we were very grateful. more

North Hills Toyota is the Best 9/28/2010

This is the third new Toyota vehicle I have bought from North Hills Toyota. The sales team and managers are very courteous and straightforward. I have had bad experiences with other Toyota dealerships. Of all the dealerships I have purchased vehicles from, North Hills Toyota is the Best. more

Dishonest Service Department 6/2/2010

Took my car in for repairs, $700 and they said it was guaranteed. A week later the problem is back and now they say another $900 to fix it. Don't trust them, don't believe their smooth talk. Stay away. more
