We worked with Mel Turner, a fine young man who did his best to be helpful and informative . Mel always returned phone calls and kept us informed about the progress of our new car's delivery. That was the problem. It took about five weeks for our new Outback 3.6R to be delivered. Also, I was not pleased with the trade-in offered for my old Toyota 4Runner so I sold it locally for a much better price. Jim Reed made absolutely no concessions on price , in terms of trade in or discounts on the price of the new car. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had.
