My First Car Buying Experience 3/22/2012

I'm somewhat new to the Chicago area, and did the majority of my car browsing online. After finding what I thought was the car I wanted, I drove out to M'Lady to check it out. When I got there, the team helping me was great - and they did everything possible to help me feel comfortable with the process. Bob K and Betty Jo were both wonderful! I found the perfect Altima, even though I went in looking for a Rogue. I will definitely do business again with the folks at M'Lady. more

Great way to purchase a car. 10/11/2011

I had the great opportunity to purchase a car from M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL. it couldn't be easier. I had been shopping and took a chance and called M'Lady, they had the car I was interested in and at the price I could afford. I know this sounds like a commercial but it's the truth. This was the first time buying a car I didn't feel pressured. When I left I personally said good-by and thank you to Abe, Tazo, Betty Jo and Bryan they did all the work to make this possible. One more note M'Lady has a person "Betty Jo" that takes you through all the purchasing options for your particular vehicle I thought this was awesome. I'm very happy with my XTERRA, right color, right options!!!!!!! more

Mir, the manager was flexible and helped to get us the best price to fit our needs. Betty Jo, the customer service rep was absolutely a delight to work with! She has such a hospitable approach to making sure that you are well taken care of! Lastly, Brian, in the finance department, made it quick, yet efficient while signing of our papers.
