Horrible Service!! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP 4/21/2012

Horrible Service!! We took our Jeep in to have the heater core replaced. They said it would be a two day job. Five days later...still no car. When we did get it back (on the sixth day) there were hoses sticking out of the floor board, the dash wasn't snapped together properly and vents were broken. Our complaints were not taken serious by the manager. He accused us of doing the damage ourselves. A second look by another manager concluded it would have been impossible for us to do it seeing as we would have to take the entire dash apart to pull the hoses out. After another two days of repairs, they did not offer a single concession, rebate, oil change, NOTHING! They had the nerve to say that them fixing it was simply enough. We would not recommend this place to anyone! more

Buyer Beware 4/15/2012

I would give no stars also if it were possible, unfortunatley its not that is only reason they get one star from me. They majorly misrepresented a used vehicle I bought off their lot. Very unethical business practice. I will never go here again, nor will anyone I know that knows the facts on this vehicle. Let me remind everyone to utilize the Better Business Bureau in cases like this. more

Liars and Cheaters 7/27/2011

On Tuesday 7/26/11 my car battery died. I went and got it checked by Advance Auto Parts and then traveled to Auto Zone for a second opinion. Sure as the sky is blue the battery was bad. Wednesday 7/27/11 I tried to start my car again but nothing. I had to take my wife more

Horrible Customer Service 3/23/2011

Now, lets start off by establishing that many times people look at a review and say, ""Ok, there 3 reviews, 2 are bad, 1 is good, must mean they are awful"" and that's the smart way to look at it, if the cons outweigh the pros its no bueno. They do not answer their phones, they hate voice mail apparently since they do not call you back until at least 2 to 3 days later. When Roger or John A. says they will do something they drag ass about it like they are on their own time and by the time they got back to me it was already said and done for. They are like many car dealerships in the sales department, over pricing for under sell able vehicles and are unlike many other dealerships in the customer service department in which they do not move at any other speed but their own (and not a reasonable speed either!) as if their paychecks automatically come in even without customers. Overall, bad sales, bad customer service leads to a bad relationship all together. I do NOT recommend this dealer to anyone, not even a dog if they could drive! more

Crooks! Don't buy here! 1/9/2011

There's no way to give 0 stars which is the only reason this dealership got one at all. I do not recommend this crooked lowlife dealership to anyone! They used every trick in the book! They were dishonest about my trade value, they added up the numbers wrong in their favor multiple times, they added the dealer-added changes to the car on twice, they couldn't explain how the sticker price was calculated, they tried to get me to sign that I would buy the car instead of signing the credit application, they withheld my key to my trade and sent me on a wild goose-chase to find it when I tried to leave, and the finance guy started telling me when my payments were due before we even agreed on a price! It was like going back in time 20 years. If you go here, take a calculator and watch your back! \r more

Best Service Department In Knoxville 11/16/2008

I have been using Jim Cogdill's Service Department for the past 25 years for all of my vehicles (including 10 company vehicles) Roger (Service Manager) and John Winkler (Quick lube and Tire Manager) are GREAT!! I don't know how they stay in business with such low Oil Change prices ($17.95) and they always clean my cars for FREE!!! Now certainly through the years they have had a couple of Service Advisors that may not have been 5-Star quality but they didn't last long. For the most part I found if you have a problem and will talk to Roger- John A. or John W. they will always do what is right.\r I trust these guys enough to let them work on my 75 year old mothers 1993 Dodge Spirit! and my Daughters 2000 Toyota Camry and I promise the last thing I need either one of them to have is car trouble!\r I think you should give these guys a try (if for nothing else their $17.95 oil change and free clean up!) \r FYI - they won't always ask you if you want a free clean up so you have to tell them and they will do it.\r \r Pros: They are open late during the week and all day saturday and have cheap oil changes Cons: they have 3 crews (1 is ok but not as good as the other 2) ask for John A or John W more

But as fof today have never got an email or a phone call .The tv adds tell and show different than when calling or doing an on line inventory search of the car lot. Poor customer service 2/3/2007

After using their service for 4 years (less and less with time), we have decided to stop using it. Our confidence in their professionalism has gone to zero. Almost every time we took the car for service, we felt that our time was not respected and we were not being told the truth. We also did not feel our time was being respected. We have made a decision not to go there any more few times before, but were always coming back since they are the only Dodge dealership nearby working on Saturdays and we felt more comfortable taking the car to a dealership for more serious repair.\r My wife was once offered to replace the rear brakes just a few months after both rotors and pads have been replaced elsewhere.\r The final thing, however that made us decide to stop going there for good was the following. During the last few months, I started feeling good about them since (3 years after providing them with my email address) I started receiving email reminders about the service with coupons. There was also an webpage showing all the previous repair and offered making appointments online. I started feeling that they have finally become a real professional dealership. I have made my appointment online, and was told to expect confirmation email within 24-48 hrs. 3 days later, when I called, I was told that the ""computer guy"" was not there and offered to make another appointment on the phone. When I took the car in, Friday night so it could be looked Saturday in the morning, I was told that there was no appointment!!?? I made a third appointment and gave the coupon for free suspension inspection. I received a phone call at 3:30 pm saying that the ""transmission guy"", needed to look at one of the things, was not there and that I should pick the car up Monday. They were also not aware of my coupon.\r I decided to have just the oil change there and take the car. more
