After using their service for 4 years (less and less with time), we have decided to stop using it. Our confidence in their professionalism has gone to zero. Almost every time we took the car for service, we felt that our time was not respected and we were not being told the truth. We also did not feel our time was being respected. We have made a decision not to go there any more few times before, but were always coming back since they are the only Dodge dealership nearby working on Saturdays and we felt more comfortable taking the car to a dealership for more serious repair.\r
My wife was once offered to replace the rear brakes just a few months after both rotors and pads have been replaced elsewhere.\r
The final thing, however that made us decide to stop going there for good was the following. During the last few months, I started feeling good about them since (3 years after providing them with my email address) I started receiving email reminders about the service with coupons. There was also an webpage showing all the previous repair and offered making appointments online. I started feeling that they have finally become a real professional dealership. I have made my appointment online, and was told to expect confirmation email within 24-48 hrs. 3 days later, when I called, I was told that the ""computer guy"" was not there and offered to make another appointment on the phone. When I took the car in, Friday night so it could be looked Saturday in the morning, I was told that there was no appointment!!?? I made a third appointment and gave the coupon for free suspension inspection. I received a phone call at 3:30 pm saying that the ""transmission guy"", needed to look at one of the things, was not there and that I should pick the car up Monday. They were also not aware of my coupon.\r
I decided to have just the oil change there and take the car.
