The work done was fantastic! The help was friendly, encouraging, helpful and honest. The other 'services' were not great. This request for review came before I had even recv'd merchandise & I had requested photo's. The ring pic wasn't in focus, but I would definitely recommend them. more

They sold me a diamond ring and said it was warranties for life.when I took it in they said it was over a carot and the warranty was void. I had them re appraise it later and the appraisal came out so different it wasn't even the same diamond....they were the only ones ever to see it more

Took two rings in for repair. One needed resizing and it wasn't resized large enough. Will be returning, as they offer 30 days..... more
