Jerry's Cleaners

So I went to pick up my clothes on Friday, and saw the owner yelling and yanking the clothes from an employees hand as she was getting ready to press it. With in the same time that was happening a nother empolyee comes out from the back to the front office, and was trying to explain what seemed to be the wife of the man, that she was being yelled at and mistreated. But the lady said if you don't like it leave!! Hello they are working for you and deserve the best respect on everything. I was about to call the cops on the man. I think they're Koreans!! I started using Jery's because I was tired of having my cleaners delivered to me and the clothes would be cleaned and evenn starched and ironed with stains on them. I think the quality of training employees at cleaners is not here. Asking somr one to stop ironing a garment when stains are there and redo would make a customer remain with that kind of care. The price of expensive clothing would warrant extra time at cleaners. I have never seen my garments at Jerrys that I had to ask them to redo. In fact when I went to pick up my cleaners one of my Jackets was missing a button and they kept to replace at no expense to me, as they know I am a working, and care giver for my mother in law and llimited with time. Thanks to their personal touch with her clothes, my clothes and my husbands I will highly recommend them.
