Jerry's Auto Repair helps to maintain my personal vehicles and two vehicles that belong to my employer. They have done a great job and do no more than what is needed. If they see any issues that may arise in the future, they often suggest that they be watched until a later date. They don't push for the work to be done right then. I like Jerry and will continue to use his services. more

Jerry's Auto Repair always fixes it right the first time, and they do it the least expensive way. I have been using them since 2007, so about 4 years, and they do everything for me. They do my oil changes and anything else that needs to be fixed. I didn't have the right tools to put some steps on the side of my Toyota, so I had them do it. One time my car's computer system told me that the transmission oil was about a quart low, but when I added a quart it looked overfilled. When I took it to Jerry's Auto they completely fixed it with no charge. I really appreciated that. Jerry always calls a couple of days after service to ask if everything is working and to check to make sure the service was okay. I don't know anyone else who takes the time to check like that. I have a really old car, and it has a lot of problems. I have been into Jerry's Auto Repair multiple times since I have started using them 4 months ago. They have always been super nice and really flexible. I brought my car in 2 weeks ago, and they actually called me a week later to see if it was running okay or if I was having any other problems. It was nice to have that follow-up. I am a college student, and they have been really good about contacting both me and my dad and working with the two of us. The people there have been fantastic. They have always been really friendly and personable. I really appreciate their willingness to help me out. The first time I took it into Jerry's Auto Repair they had a hard time diagnosing the problem. Because of that, they told me to bring it in any time during the next 3 months and they would look at it again for free. When they did find something, I don't think they even charged me. We used Jerry's Auto all throughout the 10 years that we lived in Pullman. There are personal and professional. They were honest with us in the things that needed to be done with our vehicles. If money was tight, they helped us determine immediate needs versus what could wait. They were always willing to work with what we could do. We have now moved to another region of the state, and I hope that we can find someone in our new town who will serve us as well as Jerry's Auto has. Was buying a used car, Jerry's inspected and reported in an excellent format, e mailed results as well. Drove me to my other car for pick up, even helped carry my groceries...they were great! There's not much to say here except they did a fantastic job. I had an unknown problem with some wheel noise that I thought was a suspension problem. They said, "we don't do suspensions, but we'll look." Taking a look they found something (non-suspension) and fixed it promptly, and the problem is fixed. Prices are par with what you'd expect but the AAA discount was good. The fluids panel they run and the summary they give you is informative. They have courtesy pick-up which was really convenient. Originally our daughter came here 10 years ago to go to school. She needed a place to take her car, heard about Jerry's Auto Repair, and took her car there. She had good luck with them, so she used them the whole time she lived in the area. When I drove into town, one of the first things I noticed about them was their AAA. I moved here about two years later, and because of my daughter's good experiences I decided to go to Jerry too. I have been going there ever since and have recommended them to several people. It has been almost 9 years now. He has worked on any car I have had, and he has done a great job. He does all the work on my car. They are about as accommodating as they can be. One of the things that I liked, and what I first noticed with my daughter, is that when giving the bill they always include a sheet back with recommended service. Jerry always lets me know what can wait or what I really need to do right away. If he says I need it right now, I trust him. That is the type of reputation he has built with me. I trust Jerry's Auto Repair to do what needs to be done and not do what does not need done. And, I trust them to do it right. They are always very courteous. They offer a service where you can drop your car off and they will take you home. They will pick you up as well. That is very important to me. I like them very much.
