HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE JENN'S COPIES 5/12/2010

I used Jenn's copies to print out a 20-25 research project. I specifically told the man working how I wanted it printed and he still printed it wrong. When I told Jenn this was not going to work, she said I would still have to pay for the book he messed up on. $35 dollars for 20 sheets of paper. My total 20-25 page report cost $72 dollars. Unbelievable. I will never use Jenn's copies again. If you're in the downtown area, use Speedway Copies under Dobie Center. Much friendlier and more accommodating. Cons: CHARGED ME DOUBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKE more

Great people, flexible, and did it right the first time 7/12/2007

Debbie in the South store and Jenn and Dobbins in the North store have always taken great care of my printing and color copying needs. Small store appeal, customer service that is second to none and done right. I highly recommend them compared to the Kinkos and Speedways of the world. You folks are great and I will do whatever I can to spread the word about your services. more
