I am a happy and very satisfied customer. The people at Jenkintown Electric are great people to work with. They explained in detail the concerns I had with the purchases. Jenkintown Electric recommended installers who were courteous and polite. P&C Comfort Solutions performed miracles. They made adjustment and alterations to the cabinetry, that made it look like the appliances were always there. I am extremely satisfied with Jenkintown Electric and would recommend them as a small family friendly appliance dealer. Their prices for the appliances were comparable to the bigger discount stores but their service staff is what made the difference... Very satisfied. more

I like the previous reviewer am having MAJOR problems with P&C as the installers of my dishwasher and Jenkintown is acting as if they have nothing to do with them, despite that they made all the arrangements for the installation. They are also acting as if I'm the only one who ever had trouble with an installation before. On my previous two major purchases, no problem. On this one, I confirmed the delivery yesterday, took a day off from work, but no delivery and only a call left on voicemail at the time of delivery canceling and promising 4 days from now. Jenkintown told me all day they were trying to reach P&C or I would have just gone to work. P&C only called back at 5:30 and then only with excuses blaming it on Jenkintown. I'm disappointed in Jenkintown given the reputation I heard that they had that they aren't offering any compensation for THEIR installer not coming through. If I had wanted this kind of service i would have gone to Home Depot and expected the hassle around the delivery/installation. I purchased an air conditioner from Jenkintown Electric and had it installed and also asked if the installers could put the old AC in a different room in the window. They said yes. Well the installation was not quite finished and the installers are a private company - P & C COMFORT SOLUTIONS - I have been waiting for 4 days for them to come back. Jenkintown Electric today said that they would be here between 12:30 and 1:30 - it is now 2:30 and P & C is still a no show. Is it Jenkintown lying or P & C comfort solutions have been paid and therefore do not care anymore? What am I supposed to do? I was told to stick a towel under the AC where the space is wide opened. I have been in the house waiting for P & C and couldn't do errands, etc. Jenkintown Electric if they don't show by 3:30 to call them and they'll try contacting them. The key word is TRY. Why didn't they try last week? I think Jenkintown Electric should reimburse me the installation fee, at least, for mental anguish. more

Bought new kitchen appliances from them. Not only were their prices fair but they were wonderfully helpful, extremely pleasant to deal with. When I had to return one item, they were absolutely a pleasure to deal with & couldn't have been nicer & more accomodating. I am totally pleased with my experience with them & would highly recommend them. Pros: Delightful people to deal with more
