I was searching for a new Dodge, specific color, make, model etc..and I found that Jeff Dambrosio had it. They are far from where I live, but I will tell you it was worth the travel. I am sooo happpy I got exactly what I wanted! I did get a good price on it too ;) more

I recently just got a Mitsubishi from Jeff Dambrosio and overall I had a good experience. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, everyone was nice, and I got a good price. Goob Job! more

When me girlfriend and I decide we needed a new car we made a list of dealers to visit. When we got the Jeff Dambrosio were were greeted by a polite salesperson that helped us look at many makes and models. From our salesperson to the management they made the whole process smooth. Out of all the dealers we visited we were treated the best at Dambrosio and it made it a no brainer to make our purchase there. I would recommend this dealer! more

I purchased my VW through another dealer before D'Ambrosio VW opened. I was very excited when they did open because they were close to my home. Initially, they had an incredible service manager and I was thrilled with their service. Unfortunately, she is no longer there and their service department has suffered because of this. Recently I had warranty work done on my car. They were unable to complete the work on the initial appointment since parts were needed that were not in stock. I picked up the car and was told they would call when the part was in. Although they completed some work, I did not receive a receipt. After a few business days without a call I called them to get an update. There was no record of service on my vehicle or my parts being ordered. Their service department actually transferred me around until I found someone in parts who took responsibility and found a way to help me. (I really appreciate his help after 30 minutes of this.) I brought the car in to complete the service and again received no receipt. A little more than a month later, I have the same issue again and will be scheduling at another dealer to get this corrected, Prior to writing this review I completed an online survey from them regarding my service. Since I indicated I was unhappy with the service I received an auto-generated email stating that I would receive a call from them to discuss. After a week, I emailed the Service Director of the auto group and I still received no response. I feel like I gave them every opportunity to address my concerns prior to writing a bad review. I strongly suggest finding another dealer to service your VW. more

Thanks to the guys over at Jeff D'Ambrosio Volkswagen for helping me get my dream car. I love VW"s and am finally a proud owner of a brand new VW! Thanks to the finance department for getting it done and making the whole process easy as pie. I am so grateful! more

I traveled far and passed many other dealers to go to Jeff D'ambrosio. A family friend bought a car there a few months back and when i mentioned I needed a car they told me to go there. Although it was far from where I live, I felt that it was way worth it. I got good service and a good price. I can't thank Jeff D'Ambrosio (and my friend) enough for making sure I was not taken advantage of. Being a women it can be very hard to walk into a dealership and not feel like your going to get immediately taken advantage of. I am a happy customer and would certainly buy again. more

The price was negotiated over the internet, which I have tried in the past at other dealers and it backfired on me. I also had a trade in and they quoted me a good price as well over the internet. As other dealers did to me, I really expected that when I get there that they would change the price of the trade in and they didn't which is so awesome. My sales associate was friendly and didnt waste my time at all. This was a perfect experience, very surprising for a car dealer, at least from my experiences. Jeff Dambrosio is the best around. I've shopped at other car dealerships and none compare to Jeff Dambrosio. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the managers are excellent. The best part is great low prices and a large inventory! more

I heard good things about this dealer and I did travel far to get there, so I had high expectations from the start. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient which was terrific. I never felt like I was being forced into buying something I did not want. I did some shopping around and I found Jeff D'ambrosio in downingtown to have very competitive pricing. What lead me back to buy was first the pricing, but second the level of service I received when I visited the first time. From my experience they have a really great helpful staff and a large inventory to choose from. I was told to go there by a friend and they told me the prices are great. You can tell Jeff D'ambrosio has good management. I was greeted properly, the place was clean and the selection of cars was wonderful. I spent the day visiting several dealers, getting prices, and looking at my options. I decided to make my purchase at Jeff D'ambrosio for a few reasons, one was the price and another was the level of service I received. The price I got was great and I felt as if the staff really cared about me. They looked into all my needs and made sure I left happy with the car of my choice.
