Came in the winter, so no lake view experience, which would be awesome I'm sure. Inside is woodsy and cozy with great booths, a large fireplace in the dining room and an inviting looking bar area. Salad bar is fresh, stocked well and had a nice variety of toppings, warning the plates are frozen, so move quick for fear of frostbite :) The onion soup is one of the best I have ever had, very high praise, as I am a tough critic on it, totally yummy, the cup size was plenty for me. We had the French Dip and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich special. The French dip was good, pretty basic. The Special sandwich was ok but way too difficult to manage as a sandwich, it fell apart with the slippery guacamole and the chicken a bit dry. However the steak fries were crisp and perfect. Beer selection was good and the beer nice and cold. Service by Leela was attentive, pleasant and she catered to all our needs like a pro, nice job! We will definitely be back, think the place is great overall.
