Worst

Dr. Hutton is a great Doctor but she is coupled with a terrible billing staff! If you can bear to deal with the billing people than it is worth it, if not stay away!

Best Pediatrics office in town 1/11/2011

Best pediatrics office I've found in years. New to town and was recommended to Dr. Hutton over a year ago- couldn't have asked for a better doctor or office. In regards to the receptionist- she must have been replaced because every staff member/nurse I encountered was delightful. Karen, the nurse, is one of the sweetest people as well; my kid was actually comfortable around her when getting shots! Dr. Hutton was extremely approachable and very understanding. Listened more than any doctor that I've been to. My last visits I've had the opportunity to meet her PA's and new physician in the office, Dr. Davis, who was also wonderful. Overall, a great physicians office and would recommend to anyone needing a pediatrician. more

Terrible Office 12/29/2010

The office hours are terrible and the billing staff rude. There is only one pediatrician and a PA, who sees children when the pediatrician is not around and charges as if he were a doctor. No offense to Sam, but I do not want my baby to be seen by a Physician's assistant instead of a pediatrician when I am paying to receive professional medical services. more

Wonderful pediatrician! 11/2/2010

Our family adores Dr. Hutton! She is a great doctor, and she has a wonderful way with children. We also appreciate her willingness to discuss the evidence and research behind her recommendations. The nurses in the practice are great - caring and professional. We briefly considered switching due to the limited office hours, but we know that we wouldn't find another pediatrician like Dr. Hutton. more

No Way!!! 9/18/2009

We used to take our daughter there. As noted below Dr. Hutton and Sam were great, but the billing staffer is the WORST. She was so bad my husband insisted we change doctors.... I didn't argue because she is so rude! Steer clear! more

Office Staff 4/21/2009

Dr. Hutton, Sam and all the nurses are excellent. BUT the front office has some serious attitude. Especially the check out person. I can't recall 1 time that when I was checking out that she was actually nice, NEVER. more

BEST pediatricians in the low country! 8/19/2005

I cannot begin to say how terrific Dr. Hutton and her colleagues are. They are truly the best pediatricians around. They have recently moved into a new and updated office in front of Lowes on James Island. The front desk staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and the nurses just go above and beyond the call to make sure you and your child are taken care of. Along with the doctors, they will soon know your childs face and name without needing a chart and will just make you feel like one of the family. Remarkable practice! more
