I have to let you know that I was at your dealership 2 separate times on Saturday to have the oil changed on each of our vehicles. I was really pleased with my overall experience. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. I had different service writers each time and both were efficient and were sincere in their mannerisms. I hung out in the quiet area with the computers and this time I was able to get on to many more websites so my time at your dealership was enjoyable. I also had a question about the video player in my car and a young man named Daniel took the time to try to help. I think that it will require a follow-up visit but he did take the time to see if it was possibly just an error that I was making. When I returned to the vehicles each time there was no dirt or oil or smudgy hand prints anywhere. more

We experienced car trouble with a Jeep that we were driving to deliver to a friend in FL when the power steering pump went out. The staff and quality of service provided by this dealer were outstanding. Everyone, especially Rob and the mechanic, was courteous and very accommodating to our emergency, and the work was done quickly and well. We were very lucky that we were close to this dealership when the trouble occurred. more

This is my 5th vehicle purchase in my lifetime, and it was by far the most easy going experience I have had. So far, I love my Jeep and have already collected about an inch of beach sand in the wheel wells in the few short days I have owned it! All I have to do now is get the soft top, a walk thru as in how to operate the soft top, and I will be set.And thanks for the emails. Your personal correspondence is what was the deciding factor in getting me in the door at Jax Jeep, versus Orange Park or Rick Keffer. It is great to see people put in the extra effort to earn your business. more

The issue with our AC does not appear to be within your control. Your service representative, Thomas Locke, explained adequately how we can get the best performance. I am disappointed that the AC is somewhat limited, for an expensive vehicle. Thomas Locke is a fine representative for your firm, and I appreciate his help. I am very impressed with your dealership and your showroom. I had a relaxing visit while waiting for my vehicle and enjoyed a delicious breakfast too! The gentleman that brought me home; I believe his name was Eric; was extremely polite and quiet while I attended a conference call on my cell phone during my ride home. It went pretty well Friday. Only took a little under 2 hours, which was expected. I guess there must've been a prior fender bender because the fit on the new bumper is a little off, but I think I can live with it since you folks have done a great deal for me already. Do you know if your service department or collision center can buff out the hood and how much it would cost? There are about four small areas where the swirl marks are deep enough that hand waxing couldn't fix. Thanks again and have a good week, more

Please forward this to either the dealership manager or the owner. I recently loss the key to my sons 2009 Jeep Commander. After calling a number of dealerships I called yours. I spoke with a young man named Chris who ordered me a new one. When it came in he called me to let me know. I called the service dept and spoke with a lady named Christy. My son ( Mark) took the Jeep into the shop and had it programmed. Because of these two employees my next Jeep will be from Jax. Chrysler Jeep. We own two now. They are both trained very well and are very professional. The are a pleasure to talk with. Not only was I pleased with the service I received, my son was very impressed with the dealership when he went in. I want to thank you for having these two employees. If they are an example of the employees you hire I would say your dealership is doing well. Thank you again for the service I recieved.
