I do not recommend having anything to do with the local franchises here. They are not interested at all in providing good customer service. They refused to accept coupons that they had sent to me in multiples, I had to give them advice on how to do the taxes in the office, and they have absolutely no concern about how they are perceived by the public. After contacting the corporate office, the ""professional"" they had contact me in regards to resolution offered me the exact same price for the exact same service I not only should have gotten in the first place, but still refused to accept any of the coupons I was sent (none of which exclude the cheapest service they offer). They only want to accept coupons for the most expensive service they offer. They did not even seem like they care at all about my patronage, which they had gotten for several years prior. My loyalty to their business means nothing to them.
