I just had the "Luxcare" interior & exterior treatment done to my new 2014 Azera. Wow! I would recommend this treatment to everyone. The exterior is like the best wax/detail job I've ever seen and the interior is now "bullet proof" and that's hard to accomplish on camel colored leather........ more

Service was better than I expected 2/21/2014

My first experience using their Service Department and it was a pleasure. Fast, courteous service, clean and comfortable waiting area with free snacks and coffee. My car was returned washed and vacuumed, better than when I came in. more

I was always treated with respect and consideration. I highly recommend this dealership and Ben Oberg in particular! He was my salesman and was absolutely wonderful. When I think of a salesman, I think of high pressure. Ben was the opposite of high pressure. He helped me find the best deal and was with me through the entire process. I will be ever thankful to Ben for a good experience and will recommend him and the dealership always! more

Leather Seat Install and Oil Service 2/11/2014

POOR!!!!!!! Diehl Ford believes a car should leave better than when it came in. Skagit Hyundai has poor customer service. I have only dealt with a young salesman and young service representative that would tell you anything to get you in the door. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me, there will not be a third chance to fool me. more

We've always been treated well in the service department. When issues have arisen with our Hyundai and it needed service or a replacement part the service department has been right on top of it. Our main contact on most occasions has been with Nate. He goes beyond with his helpfulness, cutesy and the service he provides us. more
