As you can see the review on here are pretty old and for a good reason. I wouldn't waste your money here if you are truly looking for an Aveda style salon. I went to them because of their reviews only to be disappointed. They had horrible customer service and I never received any of the complementary services they told me at the beginning I was getting. I was never even told ""Goodbye or have a great day"" or ""Thanks for coming to Jacar Color Lounge"" If I were you, choose one of the other salon businesses in the building. more
