I give 'em a strong "A" 4/10/2009

I've taken my '01 F150 in twice. On both occasions they got me in and out within hours. They are very prompt, professional, honest, and competitively priced. I intend to return for future vehicle service needs. They have been in business for 18 years, that alone should tell you something. I rated them 4 stars ("Great") because again, I've only been there twice; however, thus far I'm very satisfied. I give them a strong "A" (4 stars) overall. J ----- Ft worth, TX more

OK as a last resort 7/26/2005

The main concern everybody has about auto repair shops is getting a fair deal. I have no reason to think that J & N would rip anybody off on purpose, but my experience with it is that it's rather expensive. The employees and mechanics are extremely nice in a "down home" sort of way (This is Fort Worth, after all), but I guess my advice would be to prepare to wave bye-bye to your savings if you take your car to J & N. more
