Do not use this place. I was making a trip from Pennsylvania to Tennessee. My car overheated outside of Summersville, WV on a Thursday evening and AAA had this place tow my car. They were quick to arrive and very nice to make sure I got a hotel room. They told me they might have their night mechanic look at the car and if not they would check first thing in the morning on Friday. Friday morning I?m informed they have been running the car and cannot get it hot. They said they would replace the thermostat to make sure and that I could be on my way to give them an hour and they would call me back. A few 5 to 6 hours later, after I had to repeatedly call them, they finally call and say they have bad news. The head gasket is blown and will cost about $800.00 to repair. I ask them when they can have it fixed that I would need the car back by Tuesday to return home. They inform me that it is a 4 to 5 day job and they cannot even get the parts to the machine shop until Tuesday. So I rent a car, drive to Tennessee. Tuesday morning I contact them. They haven?t even looked at the car said the earliest that may have it is Friday. A big trucking job came up and they had to pull the mechanic for that job. After making a couple of calls, I found a place that could take my car right away and possible have it fixed Wednesday or Thursday. So I have the car towed to another shop Tuesday afternoon. This second garage calls me Wednesday morning to tell me there is nothing wrong with my head gasket. It is a fan and a switch and they can have it fixed in a couple of hours for half the cost. It was finished in a couple of hours and I picked up my car. Drove it to Pennsylvania without any problems. J&J lied to me. Cost me $250.00 in car rental fees plus hotel fees. Made me miss a day of work and my son a day of school. They were rude once they had my car and would not communicate with me whatsoever once they had a job that brought them extra money. They performed work that wasn?t needed that I had to pay $70.00 for. They were going to repair something that wasn?t even broken and which would have left me stranded on the highway again once I left. This place is crooked and will take full advantage of you. They cost me well over $300.00 and essentially did nothing for me. They are incompetent and will milk you for everything they can.
