HORIBBLE!!! Broke down parked in Mcdonalds for less than an hour to get everything figured out. They towed us!! Then they charged us $280 and said we have to come to pay in cash ...

What kind of church( Iglesia Nueva Vision) would tow your car and yes they do call the tow company right away. Yes the PASTOR does get a percentage of what this shady company charges. And he thinks he will be BLESSED with more than the 13 parking spaces..and 50 day laborers oops I mean ILLEGALS that stand there DAILY.. DONT park any where that you cannot read the signs....And I hate Mexican food:) more

Maybe you shouldn't write INVALID Tickets when you don't have the full information! I received a ticket on my car stating that my plates were Expired, however, they don't expire till the end of November 2012. Check out the facts before wasting Trees! more

All you people complaining don't seem to understand the fact that it's not cool to park in someone's lot, when you're going somewhere else. Amanda, that sucks that your car broke down, but maybe you should have let the staff know before you left for Checker Auto Parts or whatever. William, apparently the owner of the Mexican Restaurant doesn't want people parking in HIS lot to go to a different store down the strip. We don't usually have many calls to this company, but when someone parks in one of our spots RESERVED for our construction trucks (the signs are CLEARLY POSTED in front of EACH parking spot that we have PAID to reserve), we call these guys, and they get the job done FAST. more

I feel that these people should have to 3/24/2012

I feel that these people should have to pay to get my van back. I stopped to check out a hooka club on south broadway pulled into the mexican resturant next to it. Wasn't there more than 15 minuates and was towed, I'm handicapped and they just to my only transportation. These guy are a -300. Freeken aholes. more

Too bad there isn't a negative rating, he deserves -5...parked in a lot, went to verify the address of a job that didn't seem to exist, truck was loaded on the flatbed in less than 10 minutes parked there...he did let me have my truck without impound for only $70 cash, or I could get it from impound for $300. AND...tools are missing that were there 10 minutes before....Denver PD says it is all legal to tow from a private lot and the tools are just a report, not able to press charges since there isn't proof. more

Wish I could give this guy a negative rating. $250.00 to tow a vehicle 10 miles. When I told him he was taking advantage of my father in law, he tried justifying himself buy saying it's legal. Then he called me a drug dealer cause I drive a nice truck. Seriously. Oh, don't park at the church parking lot of Iglesia Nueva Vision. They call the tow company right away. These guys must get a percentage of what this shady company charges. more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! 3/4/2011

If I could I would give this company a negative rating. I was not even the person who had my car towed, actually I was just in my car and witnessed these people come and bully a poor old man. When I was upset by this and called to lodge a complaint that I felt there had been exessive force I was called liar and told to shut up several times. He also threatened to come back and tow my car even though it had been parked legally. This company is very shady and seem like criminals. F- Use ANYONE else!!! more

Be very wary of this company 3/19/2010

This company is complete Con Artists. My son got is car towed when he accidentally left his car in a Mexican Restaurant after hours. He called an hour later and they said the charge was $300 cash only, no other options. When I called and questioned the rate he said ""It doesn't matter me, I got your car come and get it if want"" and proceeded to hang up the phone. Very unprofessional. In fact so unprofessional that when I called the Mexican Restaurant and told them what happened they have since drop the contract with J C Auto Towing. Use this company at your own risk. Cons: Unprofessional, Unfriendly, hard to deal with more

DO NOT GO HERE THIS IS A PLACE WHERE THEY WILL SMILE AT YOU AND HAVE THEIR HAND IN YOUR POCKET AT THE SAME TIME, THE WORK WAS SHOTTY NEVER DONE ON TIME AND WAY OVER PRICED. IF YOU HAVE TIME GET QUOTES FROM SOME ONE ELSE. IF NOT YOU WIL HAVE PROBLEMS 2 DAYS LATER. AND CHECK YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT THEY RUN YOUR PAYMENT FOR MORE THAN THE AGREED PRICE AND WILL NOT REFUND THE DIFFRENCE i HAD TO GO TO MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE... Pros: NONE!
