Probably the best i've seen. My family used to own a shop and these guys(and Lady)were even better!\r \r I got there late, they took me anyway, without any kind of attitude and did not make me wait. The labor rate is at the higher end but by no means the highest and they are worth it. I had my car to five different shops and had given up, since I was relatively sure it was a water pump problem, but got everything from radiator($760) to head gaskets($1500)elsewhere. One guy had the car for three days and did not have a diagnosis and still wanted to charge me.\r \r I tried J&W as a last ditch effort because of the above ratings and they gave me a probable diagnosis within 20 minutes, a definite one in 45, and had the car fixed by closing time the same day, even though I got there at 12 instead of 8. Based on that one experience, I will definitely go back and have no problems recommending them highly. PROS: Service,, speed and competence all well above average. CONS: none more

Great place and in a good area to go to. They do maintenance and repair with great prices on each one. When going there they were straightforward and the service was done fast enough also. more

I was introduced to J & W by a family member. I was told that they were honest and good. When my Kia blew all the heads in its engine, they were the ONLY place that could help. Not even the dealer would touch it. They were able to send out some of the work to machine shops, and in the end give me a working car that ran like new. They told me worst case senario prices right off the bat, and never deviated into the land of extra fees. It might, however, take time to fix your car - as they do a great deal of buisness. more
