If you haven't been in ever, or even in a long while.. stop in again... try the food.. its all great! the chicken pepper soup delicious... the pot roast melt in your mouth good.. the service friendly ...the atmosphere.. clean, pleasant and if weather permits..sit outside on the deck.. watch the action! You must not pass by without stopping... new owners since later last year.. nice!!!! more

I went in for a drink the other day and was very surprised to see that the place was clean. I was then told that it has a new owner. So I took a look around and noticed that they have really done a lot to spruce the place up. New floor in the bar and in the dining room, painted the bathroom, new ceilings, new chairs, new jukebox (one that has songs that someone under 50 likes), even new plates. I decided to get some food, and I was glad I did. I had the chicken pepper soup, and it was good enough that I ordered another bowl, even though I was no longer hungry, from all the free popcorn I had. My final take on the place is that I am glad to see someone is fixing up a Tonawanda landmark like they are. I will be back often for the soup. more

best fish fry i have ever had. the portion is very large and fresh. the wings are excellent as is everything on the menu. the service is fast and friendly. the outdoor patio overlooks the niagara river and really swings during the warm weather months. inside you will find a vast array of nautical and sports paraphenalia, some of it very rare. steamed and raw clams are served in the summer and are very good Pros: good food fair prices more
