Wow! What a reception it was thanks to Peter at Island Sound. My daughter, who is very picky, chose Island Sound because of several reasons and I am glad she did. Peter was very easy to work with, knows his craft extremely well, gives suggestions and incorporated all the music and transitions from introductions to first dance, music during dinner and through many surprises. After we came up with a play list we had several changes because of surprises we did not want the couple to know about. Peter must have gotten whiplash from all the changes we made at the last minute but all were so smooth, worked at the right time of the reception and people are still talking about the fun they had at their wedding. I can't thank Island Sound, and Peter, enough for their wonderful personalities and professionalism. We are so happy we chose Island Sound because of their many choices in affordability, love of music, and genuinely wanting to help you have the best reception ever. Thanks so much for making our reception better than what we dreamed it would be! more

We went through Collin at Island Sound for our wedding ceremony music and reception. He was wonderful! We spent hours of consultation time where he figured out our music tastes and all of our special dances. He gave us many wonderful ideas for ""games"" to keep people's attention throughout the reception. One example is ""That's Amore"" where everyone stands around the couple dancing in the middle to the song ""That's Amore"" and when the words ""that's amore"" in the song are sung, everyone comes in and gives the couple a big hug. All of the games he suggested went even better than they sounded at the reception. Everyone was talking about how much fun they had afterwards. He got our music tastes perfectly throughout the whole thing too. He also helped move the whole event smoothly, such as sending tables to get dinner, when to do the bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting, etc. We also liked how you could make a music list online, so anyone can have access if you want them too. They were pretty affordable too. $800 for service from 10:30 - 4:30 (including ceremony and reception). We were very happy with our service and definitely recommend Island Sound and Collin!
