i do not recommend Cornea Consultants for surgery or any procedure! I had surgery in Jan and I went to 3 follow up visits and explained I had double vision. NOTHING was every said or done about this at all of my visits. I see worse now, than I did before surgery and they did not care or even listen. They really only care about their payments. Before my insurance company told me about payments required to them, they had me in collections. I wish they had give me half as much effort in my sight than they did about their payments. If you care about your vision please go some where else! I highly recommend that you seek another set of doctors. more

It had been a couple of years since I visited the eye doctor and I really needed to get my eyes checked. I had an appt in the Doctor's Pavillon at Centennial and I contacted Cornea Consultants and got an appt the same day, which was wonderful. When I arrived I had to fill out some forms and as soon as I had finished them they took me back to an examining room. The doctor and staff were extremely professional. I have even recommended Cornea Cosnultants to family members and friends. more

My husband is a patient at Cornea Consultants. We originally tried them just to get a 2nd opinion on his eye condition because we felt the 1st doctor wasn’t really explaining the situation. WOW what service. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The doctors explains all your options and makes suggestion based on your needs, not just the general take 2 aspirins and call me in the morning approach. They always return any phone call placed in a very timely manner, and not make me have to place numerous calls to get the answers to my questions. I recently got married and changed to my new husband's insurance. In the process I needed to get a new eye doctor since my old one did not accept my new coverage. Since I work in the same building as Cornea Consultants I and pass by the trendy and large selection of glasses frames daily I thought I would call them. Within the first minute I had been talked down to, basically yelled at, and belittled to the point that I can not see how anyone would ever want to bother making an appointment. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who answered the phone, but she was BY FAR one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life. She acted as if every question I asked was a huge inconvenience to her and when I asked for an afternoon appointment on a day I got off early she snapped ""We don't see patients that afternoon! Didn't you do your research??!?"" I am an office corrdinator for another practice in the building and if I ever even thought of speaking that way to a patient and especially a potential patient I would be fired on the spot. I did not even bother to make an appointment. If that is the type of person you have to deal with when you first walk in the door I don't even want to bother trying see what the back of the office might be like. I will be staying far, far away and I advise that unless some housecleaning is done you do as well! more

I have been a patient at Cornea Consultants for 7 years.\r The staff has alway been great. They are friendly and eager to help. I have had some serious issues with my eyes and my doctor always makes sure to answer all of my questions. The wait time can be a little longer on some days than others but I feel the wait is worth it to see the ""BEST."" I woke with a problem one day and my regular doctor was on vacation, they worked me in that same day and I was able to see one of the other doctors in the office. I have seen both Dr. Chang and Dr. Shivitz and my experiences with them have more than exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have had glasses since i was 14 years old and i have always gone to a quick 1 hour place in the mall who were having good sales on frames....everytime i would pick out frames that were on sale they would try to tell me that my lenses would not fit those frames or i couldn't get the sale price if i got those glasses.....then i found Cornea Consultants and Visualeyes....they helped me so much with finding the right glasses for my face size and what color looked best on me. Plus the frames i got were cheaper then i had always spent and they were not even on sale. Plus the nurses and staff were very kind, they accepted my insurance plus alot more different insurances, and the doctor helped me out alot with my dry eye problem. I highly recommend Cornea Consultants to everyone who asks me where they should go to!\r i love it too because they file only medical insurance not vision so it was easier to file. more

I went here for some contacts and glasses.Neither prescription was correct. I called to let them know that I couldn't see out of my glasses. They said that the right eye lens had been incorrectly made but the left eye was okay. I couldn't see out of them well enough for driving even after the supposed correction. I took the glasses to my old doctor, who said that not only did they have my prescription wrong, but they also lied about fixing it in the first place. So, after speiding over 300 dollars there, I went to an old mall store and got it right. Also, don't bother seeing if they take your insurance. They don't. And they will bill you like crazy. For being a doctor's office, they should be able to determine a prescription. WORST place I've ever been. more
