I purchased gift certificates to Innovations spa, (or so I thought). When I purchased the gift certificates the ad talked about the massages and nail treatments, but when I tried to use them they told me they were only good for the purchase of some diet supplement that undoubtedly does nothing. In the ad there was no mention of any diet supplement. I feel this was Horrible False advertising and this ""Spa"" ripped me off to the tune of about 50 dollars. I am very disappointed with the poor business practices of Innovations Full Service Spa, and I would discourage anyone from using this salon when there are so many better choices out there.
