Once I decided I wanted the vehicle, Joe got his computer and worked out the numbers and game me options of purchase vs lease and the differences in payments based on different down payments. Fabulous! The car was washed, interior vacuumed, cold bottled water for my enjoyment, and a thank you card on my dash letting me know who serviced my vehicle. My friend who owns a Ford is always jealous of the service I get, just for an oil change at Infiniti! more

He understood the process for my company to make a decision and maintained a professional correspondence during the time leading up to the decision. He also knew that I could go to another dealer/vehicle and was considering doing so. He quietly continued to work with me until the decision was made, but always trying to ensure that the Infiniti proposal was within the parameters required for a deal to be accomplished. more
