We attended Kalyana Srinivasam dance program in Garland on March 8th and these guys sold food boxes for $5 each. The food was cold and un cooked. They served pulihora . The rice was uncooked and there was neither lemon nor spice in it. The ""vada' was like a brickbat. My kids had to throw the food into trash can. At the end of the program they gave these boxes free to the audience. Without any suprise, NOBODY took them.\r \r I will never ever go to these guys. Bad Customer Service.. Never Recommend / Visit.. 1. After we were seated almost after 30 min waiter showed up to take order. 2. Ordered for shrimp biryani and chicken lollipop and they gave normal rice with shrimp (no salt) [I guess this is what called as shrimp biryani] and when i questioned nobody responded and one waiter wants to give 10% discount for this overall beautiful experience. This place is really bad. I went to this restaurant to surprise my husband. My sister reached one hour early but they were not ready to make any arrangements. The entire restaurant only had one couple, but they wouldnt make any arrangements for 14 people. We said we will sit on separate tables and order and the owner didnt let us. We decided to leave from there and owner really was very rude and saying bad words to my entire family, shouting coming outside of his restaurant. Never go there again. Cons: Customer service. Owner. This has very bad customer service. I went on my husband's birthday in this restaurant to give him a surprise. Unfortuantely couldnt make early reservations. We were group on about 15 people. My sister-in-law reached an hour early to make arrangements of the table. The restaurant had only 2 couples in there and entire restaruant was empty. But, the person wouldnt arrange the tables together for us. We reached there and requested him and he wouldnt do it. We said fine we can join ourselves and he wouldnt let us do it. We said fine, we will sit on separate tables and order and he said he will not serve us. When we got angry and said we would not come here or recommend any one to come here again, he started saying bad words. Not just to me and my husband, but my mom and grand mom. Very very bad owner. All this was done by the owner. He came outside of the restaurant and kept saying bad bad words to my entire family. We left and went to Masala wok right across and they made all arrangements for us without causing any inconvenience. I would never recommend anyone to this restaurant. more

we went to this restaurant and foudn the food very stale and smelly. There was no ingredient that was proprtionate in either the chicken tikka masala or chicken biryani. We ordered Idli and they were like brickbats. The owner was arrogant and wouldnt even care to answer. We recommend not to visit this place. Cons: service, quality, attitude of the people more

I'm so glad we decided to see for our selfs! (Despite the poor eviews) \r \r IndyaFusion is awsome one of our favorite places now. The service was great ,very attentive, and the food was delicious. We orderd our food spicy. It was spicy without being unbearably hot and very flavorfull. We were both doing ( the yummy food dance) in our seats. I only wish the reasturant served beer and wine. Washing down spicy Indian food with a cold Indian beer would be heaven. We did try the Indian tea's wich were very good. The flavor and temerature of our food was excellent! The food served by IndyaFashion should be shame to them. They started out serving stale chicken biryani to me and my wife. When we complained they replaced with another stale Fish Biriyani and Tandoori nuggets. We threw both the dishes in the trash. Even after the complaining they continue to serve those dishes to other people. My wife threw up big time when she came home for the small amount of stale food she ate. It is shocking to see they did not mind and continue serving this same food to other folks who come to see the sur sangam concert. Apart from this it is shocking that Vibha support these guyz cause and gave a memento to the owner. Vibha volunteer was also silent when I complained. It is simply unbelievable both these organizations can get away from this kind of unsafe practices. more

I have been to this restaraunt for the first time last week. I have heard of it though my collegues and thought will try out. I went with another friend and we ordered gobi manchurian, chicken biryani and chicken mugulia and some nans. chicken biryani had strand of hair in it and gobi manchurian seemed like they just mixed up cauliflower in ketch up and served. chicken mugulia was good but the nans were cold by the time they served. when asked the waiter about the hair he said he does not know how it got there instead of apolozing for the hair. there were not many waiters and the service is too slow. we got our food 45 min after we ordered and they got the appetizer also along with the actual food. I don't think I will go back to the restarunt again or recommend it to anyone. and I was suprised how it was recommended to me. Pros: location for me Cons: no service, poor quality of food. more
